This hospitality & tourism internship in the Animation/Kids Club department gives you the chance to work in a prestigious 4–5 star hotel on Portugal’s Algarve — one of Europe’s most stunning coastal regions. Surrounded by sunshine, turquoise water, and the relaxed Portuguese lifestyle, you’ll gain hands-on experience in guest entertainment, activity planning, and family support.
Whether you’re leading sports sessions, organizing creative workshops, or assisting with kids’ shows, you’ll help create unforgettable holiday moments for children, teens, and families. At the same time, you’ll strengthen valuable skills such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, and leadership.
