Want to make a real impact while staying active? In this project in Cape Town, you’ll support children and teenagers from underprivileged communities by using sports, movement, and outdoor activities to build confidence, teamwork, and essential life skills.

The project takes place in the western areas of Cape Town, where strong social contrasts are visible. The children you’ll work with mainly come from the townships of Du Noon and Wolwerivier, where many families live in challenging conditions and access to opportunities is limited.

This is where the project steps in:
In the mornings, you’ll support preschools (Educare centers) with playful learning and movement activities for children aged 3–7.
In the afternoons, you’ll work with teenagers aged 10–15, using sports and adventure-based programs to promote confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

The program runs year-round (except Dec 23 – Jan 2). During school holidays, a special holiday program focuses more on recreational and outdoor activities.
